Our Triplex Apartments on Burbank Blvd. in Sherman Oaks are the pride of third generation ownership. We extend this pride to our tenants as we treat you like family as well. Blocks from two major freeways, the 405 and the 101, these garden style apartments also enjoy nearby shopping at the Westfield Shopping Mall at Sherman Oaks and the Sherman Oaks Galleria. Restaurants, grocery stores and schools are all very nearby.

Each two bedroom, one bath unit is filled with mid-century charm and the comforting feeling of home. Hardwood floors and air conditioning are found throughout the living room and bedrooms with tiled countertops completing the kitchen and bathroom. Apartments come with either a gated communal “back yard” area or private patio. Glass door sliders exit to the fenced- in private patios. A private sidewalk leads to the exterior entry apartments and is gated at front and rear with a private garage accessed from the alley entrance. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed on the property. Coin laundry is available on site.
